iAVIT’s combination of business and technology experience is at the core of its success. Founded in 2004 under Polvip Corp as a system integrator, technical service and maintenance organization and we have grown to become a highly respected full-service managed solutions provider focusing on securing, monitoring and maintaining AV/IT infrastructure. With a focus on proactive client site management coupled with continued commitment to excellence in customer service and cutting-edge technologies in areas including Cybersecurity, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery & Data Backup has contributed to the company’s longevity.

What we do…

We have extensive experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT Infrastructure for Small and Medium Business. We are able to understand our clients’ needs and plan and implement solutions that work for your business, both in the short term and long term.

How we do it…

Over the years, we’ve built up what we like to call our Recommended Technology Platform, which is a collection of tools, vendors and technologies that we have chosen intentionally and set as our standards. We eat our own dog food by using them all internally and we work towards getting all of our clients Standardized across this stack. This means instead of trying to keep our team up to date with ALL technology, which is an impossible task, instead we keep our team trained up deeply on all the tools in our Recommended Technology Platform. This means that we can help you our faster and build better systems for you as our team is mostly focused on a single Technology stack.

Our culture…

We are is not your typical office environment. You’ll find poker tables, home theater, and way too many references to gurus. Typically, gurus start their day bright and early but we live flexible lives. We value family time and a balanced approach to work. That isn’t to say we don’t work hard, a lot is expected of a Guru.

A lot of people are counting on us. We know that even the small choices we make day to day are very important. We all look forward to coming to work and making the absolute best of every day. Keeping a positive attitude (and office!) is a huge part of being a Guru.

Interactive AV-IT only brings on a maximum of two new clients per month. (For larger new clients with more than 50 employees, we only take on one per month). We do this because of the time it takes to start a new relationship properly. We want to make sure our existing clients don’t feel the pain of rapid growth, and it also gives us time to hire new employees as needed to keep up with client demand. If you grow too fast, your culture can suffer – so we intentionally restrict our growth to ensure the highest quality service delivery possible.
