Who we are
A systems integrator that became a managed services provider.
We started in 2004 as a systems integrator and technical service organization, and grew into a full-service managed IT provider focused on securing, monitoring and maintaining our clients’ technology – with the AV work still very much part of the company.
Our clients stay: the businesses on this site have been with us for ten, fifteen and twenty-four years – the longest relationship goes back to 2002.

Why AV and IT together
Because that is the order it happened.
Most IT providers bolt AV on, or hand you another vendor’s number. Here the AV came first – a radio and television repair shop at thirteen, then a computer science degree, then years installing interactive technology on trade show floors for global brands. The company was built so that nobody had to choose between the two halves.

Over the years we built our Recommended Technology Platform – the tools, vendors and technologies we chose deliberately and set as our standard. We use all of it ourselves, and we work toward getting every client onto the same stack.

Starting a relationship properly takes time, and existing clients should never feel the pain of our growth. So we take on at most two new clients a month – one, if the client has more than fifty employees.
