What managed means here
Every machine, server and network device is monitored around the clock and patched on a schedule we report on. Security is a baseline, not an add-on – endpoint detection, managed firewall, Microsoft 365 hardening.
What it does not mean: a ticket queue in another state. The engineers who answer are the ones who visit.
Onsite when it matters
Routine support is remote, and it is fast. When something has to be seen – a server in a closet, a boardroom that will not connect, a new office being fitted out – the engineer who answered the ticket is the one who comes.
